Mehrwerk's internationalization process continues to progress: the acquisition of the Swiss company Inovatech Solutions AG, which evaluates business models in the areas of e-health, e-commerce and legal tech, opens up new potential in a multi-layered market.
Norbert Petter, who founded Inovatech Solutions AG in 2022 and has been responsible for the media and telecommunications companies within Salzgitter AG for the last 15 years, will act as Managing Director of the newly renamed Mehrwerk Schweiz GmbH. Since 2011, he has focused in particular on mobile and web-based applications. "I am delighted to be able to establish Mehrwerk's high-performance portfolio in Switzerland. With its strong banking and insurance infrastructure, the Swiss market environment is predestined for Mehrwerk's high level of martech expertise, and the takeover will give our strategic B2B2C approach of aggregating value-added services a completely new quality," says Petter, full of drive.
Following the successful merger with Tenerity Nordics at the beginning of the year, the establishment of Mehrwerk Schweiz AG is another significant step towards expanding Mehrwerk's market-leading position in the field of data-driven value-added services.
